37 - Mas'alah fi Tahrim al-Nazar fi 'Ilm al-Kalam Ibn Rajab mentioned it this way, and Ibn al-'Imad and al-Qanuji mentioned it under the title: 'Mas'alah fi Tahrim al-Nazar fi Kutub Ahl al-Kalam', and al-Baghdadi mentioned it under the title: 'Tahrim al-Nazar fi Kutub Ahl al-Kalam' (2).
38 - Mashyakhatuhu (His List of Shaykhs) Al-Dhahabi mentioned it, saying: 'He has a Mashyakhah which we heard.' He then said: 'Two parts.' Al-Safadi and Ibn Shakir said: 'A large part.' Ibn Rajab said: 'A part,' then added: 'And many parts that he recorded.' Ibn al-'Imad said: 'And the Mashyakhah of his shaykhs are many parts' (3).
39 - Al-Mughni, a commentary on Mukhtasar al-Khiraqi. Yaqut mentioned it, saying: 'Al-Mughni in Fiqh according to the school of Ahmad ibn Hanbal and the differences among scholars. It is said that it is in twenty volumes.' Al-Dhahabi mentioned it, saying: 'Ten volumes.' Al-Safadi added to al-Dhahabi's description that they are large volumes. It was also mentioned by Ibn Kathir, Ibn Shakir, Ibn Rajab, Ibn al-'Imad, Hajji Khalifa, al-Baghdadi, Brockelmann, and Sezgin (4).

٣٧ - مسألة في تحريم النَّظر في علم الكلام
كذا ذكره ابن رجب، وذكره ابن العماد، والقَنُّوجى باسم: "مسألة في تحريم النظر في كتب أهل الكلام"، وذكره البغدادي باسم: "تحريم النظر في كتب أهل الكلام" (٢).
٣٨ - مشيخته
ذكرها الذهبي، وقال: وله مشيخة سمعناها. ثم قال: جزءان، والصفدي وابن شاكر، وقالا: جزء ضخم، وابن رجب، وقال: جزء، ثم قال: وأجزاء كثيرة خرَّجها، وابن العماد، وقال: ومشيخة شيوخه أجزاء كثيرة (٣).
٣٩ - المغنى، شرح مختصر الخِرَقيّ.
ذكره ياقوت، فقال: المغنى في الفقه على مذهب أحمد بن حنبل والخلاف بين العلماء، قيل إنه في عشرين مجلدا، وذكره الذهبي، وقال: عشر مجلدات، والصفدي وزاد على الذهبي وصفها بأنها كبار، وابن كثير، وابن شاكر، وابن رجب، وابن العماد، وحاجي خليفة، والبغدادي، وبروكلمان، وسزكين (٤).
