The endower stipulated that this [part], nor any part of it, shall not be removed from the aforementioned Khanqah by way of mortgage or otherwise. Whoever alters it after having heard it, the sin of doing so shall be upon those who alter it; indeed, God is All-Hearing, All-Knowing. Dated the 24th of the honored Sha'ban, in the year 826 AH." Then, "Witnessed by 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn... al-Minhaji. Witnessed by Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr al-Maliki." Below it: "Owned by the servant poor before God the All-Sufficient... Mahmud ibn 'Abd Allah al-Kalshani al-Hanafi, on the first of the honored Sha'ban, year 797 AH, praising and blessing [the Prophet]." At the top of the page is a circular seal in the name of "'Abd al-Baqi ibn 'Ali al-'Arabi." This seal is present in all the following parts. The second part, starting with: "Section: As for the interpretation of the Tashahhud (testimony of faith)," from Kitab al-Salah (Prayer), and ending with the end of Kitab al-Salah. At the beginning of the volume is the aforementioned endowment note, and an ownership note by Ibrahim ibn Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn 'Uthman ibn al-Munajja. At its end: "Collated to the extent possible, and it was corrected with the help and grace of God Almighty in the year 740 AH. Its owner, the weak [servant] Sulayman ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz al-Baghdadi al-Qurashi al-Makhzumi, collated it..." The third part, starting with Kitab al-Jana'iz (Funerals) and ending with the end of the "Issue: Whoever is carried while being circumambulated..." before the chapter on mentioning the appointed times (al-Mawaqit). At the beginning of the volume are the aforementioned endowment and ownership notes. At its end is a collation by the aforementioned Sulayman al-Makhzumi on the mentioned date. The part was written in Naskhi script and consists of 242 folios, with a layout of 19 lines per page.

The fourth part, starting with the chapter on mentioning the appointed times, from Kitab al-Hajj (Pilgrimage), and ending with the end of the "Issue: Whoever sells a slave who has wealth, his wealth belongs to the seller" from the chapter on Musarat (withholding milk in the udder) and other matters, from Kitab al-Buyu' (Sales). At the beginning of the volume are the aforementioned endowment and ownership notes. On the first two folios, there are pasted sections and fragments.
