The fifth part, starting with: "Issue: Whoever sells a commodity on credit, it is not permissible for him to buy it for less than what he sold it for," from the chapter on Musarat (withholding milk in the udder) and other matters, from Kitab al-Buyu' (Sales), and ending with the end of "Issue: The agent (wakil) does not have the right to appoint another agent for what he was appointed for, unless that was delegated to him," from Kitab al-Wakala (Agency). At the beginning of the volume are the aforementioned endowment and ownership notes. It contains corrections and shows signs of woodworm damage at the end. It was written in Naskhi script and consists of 231 folios, with a layout of 20 lines per page.
