10 - The eleventh part, which is the last, from another copy, from the beginning of the Chapter on the Compendium of Oaths to the end of the book. On its front is a part of the previous endowment statement; it appears its beginning is on a page that the photographer’s hand did not reach, and upon it is the seal of the endower. As for its end, the endowment statement appears in its entirety, and at its end also is that its scribe is Ahmad ibn 'Abd Allah, who is its endower. He wrote the part in a Naskhi script, and it consists of 266 folios, with 32 lines per page.

11 - A part of it from another copy, beginning from the start of the Book of Fighting the Rebels and ending with the end of the Book of Expiations (Kaffarat). It was written in a Naskhi script, and its scribe finished it on the seventh of Jumada al-Akhira, in the year 722 AH, in Damascus, from a copy he had from Shaykh Taqi al-Din al-Maratibi [previously mentioned on page 25], who read it to the author, may Allah the Exalted have mercy on him. The part consists of 247 folios, with 21 lines per page.

12 - The final part, from another copy, beginning from the Book of Judiciary (Qada') to the end of the book. It was written in a Naskhi script, and its scribe finished it on Wednesday, the eleventh of Dhu al-Hijjah, in the year 671 AH. It shows signs of water damage, and it consists of 196 folios, with 22 lines per page.

Dr. Sezgin mentioned that in the Tarkhan Library (the mother of the Sultan) there is a copy numbered 159, consisting of 280 folios, written in the year 732 AH (1). We did not obtain a photocopy of it.
