Prophet -peace be upon him- other than it. [Narrated by al-Bukhari (88). And Muslim and al-Nasa'i narrated (89)] from ‘Abdullah (90) bin al-Zubayr, that he narrated while on the pulpit, saying: The Messenger of Allah -peace be upon him- used to say: "There is no god but Allah, alone, with no partner; to Him belongs the dominion, to Him belongs the praise, and He is over all things capable. There is no power and no strength except through Allah, the Exalted, the Almighty. There is no god but Allah, and we worship none but Him. To Him belongs the grace, the favor, and the beautiful praise (91). There is no god but Allah, [we are] sincere to Him in religion, even if the disbelievers hate it." The Messenger of Allah -peace be upon him- used to perform tahlil (saying: la ilaha illallah) with these [words] at the end of the prayer (92). And from Sa‘d, that he used to teach his children these words, and he would say: That the Messenger of Allah -peace be upon him- used to seek refuge by them (93) at the end of every prayer: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from cowardice, and I seek refuge in You from stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from [being returned to] (94) the vilest of age, and I seek refuge in You from the trial of the world and the punishment of the grave." Among the authentic [traditions], Ibn ‘Abbas said: Raising the voice with dhikr (remembrance) when people finish the obligatory prayer was [a practice] during the era of the Messenger of Allah -peace be upon him-.
