And none of the rulings regarding free women are established for her, except for the transfer of ownership specifically. However, it is recommended for her to cover her head so as to depart from the difference of opinion and to take the path of precaution.
200 - Issue; He said: (And whoever recalls that he owes a prayer while he is in another [prayer], he shall complete it, perform the one he remembered, and repeat the one he was in if the time remains).
The sum of this is that the order [of performance] is obligatory in the makeup of missed prayers. Ahmad stated this (1) in several places. [He said, in the narration of Abu Dawud, regarding one who missed a year's worth of prayers: He shall perform them, and repeat every prayer he prayed while he was mindful of what he had missed] (2). [It has been narrated from] (3) Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, that which indicates the obligation of the order, and the like is from al-Nakha'i, al-Zuhri, Rabi'ah, Yahya al-Ansari, Malik, al-Layth, Abu Hanifah, and Ishaq. Al-Shafi'i said: It is not obligatory; [because the makeup of a prescribed prayer is a missed duty, so the order is not required in it, like fasting] (4). As for us, [it has been narrated] (5): that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, missed four prayers [on the day of the Trench (al-Khandaq)], so he performed them in order. And he said (6): "Pray as you have seen me praying (7)." Imam Ahmad narrated (8), with his chain of narration, from Abu Jum'ah Habib ibn Siba', who had met the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, in the year of the Confederates (al-Ahzab), prayed the Maghrib, and when he finished, he said: "Has any one of you known that I prayed the 'Asr?" They said: O Messenger of Allah, you did not pray it. So he ordered the mu'adhdhin, who performed the iqamah for prayer, and he prayed the 'Asr, then repeated the Maghrib.

ولا يثْبُتُ في حقِّها شىءٌ من أحكامِ الحرائِرِ، إلَّا في نقل المِلْكِ خاصَّةً، لكنْ يُسْتحَبُّ لها سَتْرُ رأْسِها، لتخرُج من الخلافِ، وتأخُذَ بالاحْتياط.
٢٠٠ - مسألة؛ قال: (وَمَنْ ذَكَرَ أنَّ عَلَيْهِ صَلَاةً وَهُوَ فِي أُخْرَى، أَتَمَّهَا، وقَضَى المَذْكُورَةَ، وَأَعَادَ الَّتِى كَانَ فِيهَا إذَا كَانَ الوَقْتُ مُبْقًى)
وجُمْلَةُ ذلك، أنَّ التَّرْتِيبَ واجبٌ في قضاءِ الفَوَائِتِ. نَصَّ عليهِ أحمدُ (١) في مَواضِعَ، [قال، في رِوَايَةِ أبي داوُدَ، فيمَنْ ترَكَ صلاةَ سَنَةٍ: يُصَلِّيهَا، ويُعِيدُ كُلَّ صلاةٍ صَلَّاهَا وهو ذاكِرٌ لمَا تركَ مِن الصَّلاةِ] (٢). [وقدْ رُوِىَ عن] (٣) ابْنِ عمرَ، رَضِىَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، ما يَدُلُّ على وُجوبِ التَّرْتِيبِ، ونَحْوُه عَنِ النَّخَعِيِّ، وَالزُّهْرِىِّ، ورَبِيعَة، ويَحْيَى الأنصارِيِّ، ومالكٍ، واللَّيْثِ، وأبى حنيفةَ، وإسحاقَ. وقالَ الشافعيُّ: لا يجِبُ؛ [لأنَّ قضاءَ الفريضةِ فائِتةٌ، فلا يجبُ التَّرتيبُ فيه، كالصِّيام] (٤). ولَنا، [ما رُوِىَ] (٥): أنَّ النَّبِيَّ -صلى اللَّه عليه وسلم- فَاتَهُ [يومَ الخَنْدَقِ] (٥) أرْبَعُ صلواتٍ، فَقَضَاهُنَّ مُرَتَّباتٍ. وقال (٦): "صَلُّوا كَمَا رَأَيْتُمُونِى أُصَلِّى (٧) ". ورَوَى الإِمامُ أحمدُ (٨)، بإسْنَادِهِ، عن أبي جُمُعَة حَبِيب بن سِبَاع، وكان قد أَدْرَكَ النَّبِيَّ -صلى اللَّه عليه وسلم- قال: إنَّ النبيَّ -صلى اللَّه عليه وسلم- عامَ
