Al-Mughni by Ibn Qudama - Edited by Al-Turki
Volume 2 · Page 402

Translation · EN

as part of the ease granted to me, for if I were to check on [my mount] (117), it would be more beloved to me than it returning to its grazing ground, which would be difficult for me. Reported by al-Bukhari (118). [And whenever the action in any of this becomes frequent and continuous, it invalidates the prayer, unless it is for a necessity] (119).

Notes

(117) There is an ink blot in the manuscript, and we have completed it from Sahih al-Bukhari. (118) In: The Chapter on If the Mount Breaks Loose During Prayer, from the Book of Action in Prayer. Sahih al-Bukhari 2/81, 82. (119) In M: "The prayer is not invalidated by all of that, unless it becomes continuous and frequent, like that which preceded it. And Allah knows best." With this, the first volume of the original copy ends, and it contains a gap after this, which we completed from copy number 23 of Hanbali jurisprudence, preserved at the Egyptian National Library.
