al-Rahman. I said to her: Did not the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) forbid visiting graves? She said: Yes, he did forbid it, then he commanded that they be visited (9), [and because women are included in the license to visit them] (10). Al-Tirmidhi narrated that ‘Aisha visited the grave of her brother, and it was narrated from her that she said: Had I been present with him, I would not have visited him (11).

Section: It is disliked to announce a death (al-na'i), which is to send a crier to call out among the people: "So-and-so has died," in order that they may attend his funeral; due to what Hudhayfah narrated, saying: I heard the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) forbidding al-na'i.
