harm." Agreed upon (32). In one version, he said: A man came and said: "O Messenger of Allah, I was not aware, so I shaved before I sacrificed." And he mentioned the hadith. He said: I did not hear him being asked on that day about any matter regarding which a person might forget or be ignorant, such as performing some acts before others or similar things, but that he said: "Do it, and there is no harm" (33). Recorded by Muslim. From Ibn 'Abbas, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), that it was said to him on the Day of Sacrifice, while he was in Mina, regarding sacrificing, shaving, stoning, and performing things out of order, and he said: "There is no harm." Agreed upon (34). It was also recorded by 'Abd al-Razzaq (35) from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, from 'Isa ibn Talhah, from 'Abd Allah ibn 'Amr (36), [and in it: "I shaved before I stoned." Muhammad ibn Abi Hafsah followed him in this, from al-Zuhri, from 'Isa, from 'Abd Allah ibn 'Amr] (37), who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah

حَرَجَ". مُتَّفَقٌ عليه (٣٢). وفى لَفْظٍ قال: فجاءَ رَجلٌ، فقال: يا رسولَ اللهِ، لم أشْعُرْ، فحَلَقْتُ قبل أن أذْبَحَ. وذَكَرَ الحَدِيثَ. قال: فما سَمِعْتُه يُسْأَلُ يَوْمَئِذٍ عن أمْرٍ ممَّا يَنْسَى المَرْءُ أو يَجْهَلُ، من تَقْدِيمِ بَعْضِ الأمُورِ على بَعْضِها، وأشْبَاهِها، إلَّا قال: "افْعَلُوا ولا حَرَجَ" (٣٣). رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ. وعن ابنِ عَبّاسٍ، عن النَّبِىِّ -صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ-، أنَّه قِيلَ له يومَ النَّحْرِ، وهو بِمِنًى، فى النَّحْرِ، والحَلْقِ، والرَّمْىِ، والتَّقْدِيمِ، والتَّأْخِيرِ، فقال: "لَا حَرَجَ". مُتَّفَقٌ عليه (٣٤)، ورَوَاهُ عبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ (٣٥)، عن مَعْمَرٍ، عن الزُّهْرِىِّ، عن عيسى بن طَلْحَةَ، عن عبدِ اللهِ بن عمرو (٣٦)، [وفيه: فحَلَقْتُ قبلَ أن أَرْمِىَ. وتَابَعَهُ على ذلك محمدُ بن أبى حَفْصَةَ، عن الزُّهْرِىِّ، عن عيسى، عن عبدِ اللهِ بن عمرو] (٣٧)، قال: سمعتُ رسولَ اللهِ
