in a path. As for the young boy who has not reached the age of seven (120), there is no awrah for him that is prohibited to look at. It has been narrated from Ibn Abi Layla, from his father, who said: We were sitting with the Prophet - peace and blessings of Allah be upon him - when al-Hasan came and began to roll over him. He (the Prophet) lifted (121) the front of his shirt, and I think he said: He then kissed his penis (zubaybatihi). Narrated by Abu Hafs (122).

Section: The ruling for a woman with another woman is the same as the ruling for a man with another man. There is no difference between two Muslim women, nor between a Muslim woman and a dhimmi (non-Muslim citizen) woman, just as there is no difference between two Muslim men, or between a Muslim man and a dhimmi man, regarding the gaze. Ahmad said: Some people have held the view that she should not remove her khimar (head covering) in the presence of a Jewish or Christian woman, but as for me, I hold [the view that she does not look] (123) at the private parts, and she does not kiss her when she gives birth. There is another narration from Ahmad that a Muslim woman should not uncover her face/veil in the presence of a dhimmi woman, nor enter the public bath (hammam) with her. This is the opinion of Makhul and Sulayman (124) ibn Musa, due to His saying, the Almighty: {or their women} (125). The first opinion is more appropriate, because the women who are disbelievers, such as the Jewish women and others, used to enter upon the wives of the Prophet - peace and blessings of Allah be upon him - and they were neither veiled from them, nor were they ordered to be veiled.
