162 - And ʿAlī ibn Abī Maryam narrated to me, from Mūsā ibn Dāwūd, who said: Mujammiʿ ibn Abī Ghāḍira al-ʿAnbarī narrated to us, saying: I heard Qatāda saying: “Patience is to Faith like the position of the two hands to the body. Whoever is not patient during affliction will not be grateful during blessings. And if patience were a man, he would be noble and beautiful.”
