180 - Al-Muthannā ibn ʿAbd al-Karīm narrated to me, Zāfir ibn Sulaymān narrated to us, from Ismāʿīl ibn Ibrāhīm, from Abū Sufyān, from Sālim, from al-Ḥasan, from Abū Hurayra, from the Prophet (Peace and blessings of God be upon him), who said: “Whoever suffers a fever for one night, bearing it with patience and being pleased with Allah for it, shall emerge from his sins as on the day his mother bore him.”
