٣٦ - حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَصْمَعِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَشْهَبِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ: قِيلَ لَهُ: مَا الصَّبْرُ؟ وَمَا السَّمَاحِ؟ قَالَ: «السَّمَاحُ بِفَرَائِضِ اللَّهِ، وَالصَّبْرُ عَنْ مَحَارِمِ اللَّهِ»
