111 - Yusuf ibn Musa informed me that it was said to Abu 'Abd Allah: "Are the Khawarij disbelievers?" He said: "They are renegades (mariqah)." It was said: "Are they disbelievers?" He said: "They are renegades who have departed (maraqu) from the religion."
