126 - Musa ibn Sahl al-Shawi informed me, saying: Muhammad ibn Ahmad al-Asadi narrated to us, saying: Ibrahim ibn Ya'qub narrated to us, from Isma'il ibn Sa'id, who said: I asked Ahmad regarding the wealth of the transgressors [ahl al-baghy], and he said: "There is no [liability for] transgression regarding their wealth."
١٢٦ - أَخْبَرَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ سَهْلٍ الشَّاوِيُّ، قَالَ: ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْأَسَدِيُّ، قَالَ: ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ أَحْمَدَ عَنْ أَمْوَالِ أَهْلِ الْبَغْيِ، قَالَ: «لَيْسَ فِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ بَغْيٌ»
