129 - Abu Bakr al-Marwudhi informed us, saying: I said to Abu 'Abd Allah, 'What if a man comes from Armenia with captives; should they not be bought?' He said, 'No, because of the state of what he did, it was not permissible for him to capture the offspring.'
١٢٩ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْمَرُّوذِيُّ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ: لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَدِمَ مِنْ أَرْمِينِيَّةَ بِسَبْيٍ لَا يُشْتَرَى؟ قَالَ: «لَا، لِحَالِ مَا فَعَلَ بغه، مَا كَانَ لَهُ أَنْ يَسْبِيَ الذُّرِّيَّةَ»
