143 - 'Abd al-Karim ibn al-Haytham ibn Ziyad al-Qattan al-'Aquli informed me that he said to Abu 'Abd Allah: "Should one fight the robbers?" He replied: "If he is defending himself."
١٤٣ - أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ الْقَطَّانُ الْعَاقُولِيُّ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ: يُقَاتِلُ اللُّصُوصَ؟ قَالَ: «إِنْ كَانَ يَدْفَعُ عَنْ نَفْسِهِ»
