Chapter: What one should exercise caution against regarding killing when he defends himself, unless he is compelled to do so while he does not intend to kill him with his intention.
بَابُ مَا يُتَوَقَّى فِي قَتْلِهِ إِذَا دَفَعَ عَنْ نَفْسِهِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَلْحَقَهُ فِي ذَلِكَ وَهُوَ لَا يُرِيدُ قَتْلَهُ بِالنِّيَّةِ
