...regarding the statement of Salman.

Chapter: Exposition of weak hadiths narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, which Ahmad ibn Hanbal explained to be weak, while he affirmed others that were narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, regarding refraining from rebelling against the ruler and withholding from shedding blood, even if they deny the people their stipends.

بَابُ بَيَانِ أَحَادِيثَ ضِعَافٍ رُوِيَتْ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَّرَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ ضَعْفَهَا، وَثَبَّتَ غَيْرَهَا، مِمَّا رُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي تَرْكِ الْخُرُوجِ عَلَى السُّلْطَانِ وَكُفِّ الدِّمَاءِ، وَإِنْ حَرَمُوا النَّاسَ أُعْطِيَاتِهِمْ
