376 - Muhammad b. Isma'il al-Ahmasi informed us, saying: Asbat narrated to us, saying: 'Amr b. Qays narrated to us, from 'Atiyya, from Abu Sa'id. Al-Ahmasi said: He said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Indeed, the people of the high stations are seen by those below them just as the rising star is seen on the horizon of the regions of the sky; and indeed Abu Bakr and 'Umar are among them, wa an'ama (and welcome)."
٣٧٦ - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْأَحْمَسِيُّ، قَالَ: ثَنَا أَسْبَاطٌ، قَالَ: ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ الْأَحْمَسِيُّ: قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ أَهْلَ الدَّرَجَاتِ الْعُلَى يَرَاهُمْ مَنْ أَسْفَلَ مِنْهُمْ، كَمَا يُرَى الْكَوْكَبُ الطَّالِعُ فِي الْأُفُقِ مِنْ آفَاقِ السَّمَاءِ، وَإِنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ مِنْهُمَا وَأَنْعَمَا»
