747 - Muhammad ibn Ja'far ibn Sufyan al-Raqqi informed us, he said: 'Ubayd ibn Jannad narrated to us, he said: 'Ubayd Allah ibn 'Amr narrated to us, from Isma'il ibn Abi Khalid, from Qays ibn Abi Hazim, from 'A'isha, she said: "If I had faced from my affair what I came to realize afterward, I would not have marched against 'Ali; that would have been more beloved to me than having ten [sons] from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, all like Abu Bakr ibn 'Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Harith ibn Hisham."
٧٤٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ الرَّقِّيُّ، قَالَ: ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ جَنَّادٍ، قَالَ: ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: «لَأَنْ أَكُونَ اسْتَقْبَلْتُ مِنْ أَمْرِي مَا اسْتَدْبَرْتُ مِنْهُ فَلَمْ أَكُنْ خَرَجْتُ عَلَى عَلِيٍّ كَانَ أَحَبَّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ أَنْ يَكُونَ لِي عَشَرَةٌ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُلُّهُمْ مِثْلُ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ»
