754 - Al-Maymuni informed me, saying: Ibn Hanbal narrated to us, saying: Waki' narrated to us, saying: 'Ali ibn Salih narrated to us, from his father, from Abu Bakr ibn 'Umar, who said: "There was a period of two or three months between the Battle of the Camel and the Battle of Siffin."
٧٥٤ - أَخْبَرَنِي الْمَيْمُونِيُّ، قَالَ: ثَنَا ابْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، قَالَ: ثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، قَالَ: ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: «كَانَ بَيْنَ الْجَمَلِ وَصِفِّينَ شَهْرَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثَةً»
