429 - 'Abd al-Malik informed me, saying: Ibn Hanbal narrated to us, saying: Waki' narrated to us, saying: Mis'ar narrated to us; and al-Ahmasi informed us, saying: Waki' narrated to us, from Mis'ar, from 'Abd al-Malik ibn Maysarah, from al-Nazzal ibn Sabrah, who said: I heard 'Uthman saying: "I repent to Allah if I have committed an injustice, or if I have been wronged."

٤٢٩ - أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ، قَالَ: ثَنَا ابْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، قَالَ: ثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: ثَنَا مِسْعَرٌ، وَأَخْبَرَنَا الْأَحْمَسِيُّ، قَالَ: ثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، عَنِ النَّزَّالِ بْنِ سَبْرَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عُثْمَانَ، يَقُولُ: «أَنَا أَتُوبُ إِلَى اللَّهِ إِنْ كُنْتُ ظَلَمْتُ، أَوْ إِنْ كُنْتُ ظُلِمْتُ»
