878 - Yusuf ibn Musa informed me that Abu Abdullah was asked about the hadith of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: "Every child is born upon the fitra (natural disposition)." He said: "The fitra is that upon which Allah has created His servants."
٨٧٨ - أَخْبَرَنِي يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى، أَنَّ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ سُئِلَ عَنْ حَدِيثِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «كُلُّ مَوْلُودٍ يُولَدُ عَلَى الْفِطْرَةِ» ، قَالَ: «الْفِطْرَةُ الَّتِي فَطَرَ اللَّهُ الْعِبَادَ عَلَيْهَا»
