900 - Abu Bakr al-Marrudhi informed us, saying: A man said to Abu Abd Allah: "We have some people among us who say that God created good, but did not create evil, and they say that the Quran is created." He (Abu Abd Allah) said: "This is disbelief; these are Qadariyyah Jahmiyyah. Good and evil are decreed for the servants." It was said to him: "Did God create good and evil?" He said: "Yes, God has decreed it."
