It was narrated that Ibn Jurayj said: "Faith is speech and action." I asked Abu Ishaq al-Fazari about faith, saying: "Is faith speech and action?" He replied: "Yes."
وَرُوِيَ أَنَّ ابْنَ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: «الْإِيمَانُ قَوْلٌ وَعَمَلٌ» . وَسَأَلْتُ أَبَا إِسْحَاقَ الْفَزَارِيَّ عَنِ الْإِيمَانِ: فَقُلْتُ: الْإِيمَانُ قَوْلٌ وَعَمَلٌ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ
