1208 - He said: Abu 'Abd Allah narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, he said: Yunus narrated to us, from al-Hasan, and Abu Hayyan from al-Sha'bi, and Mughirah from Ibrahim, that they used to say regarding one who kills a believer: "Upon him is the freeing of a slave that has reached (maturity), and the freeing of a young one suffices in the expiation of zihar and oaths."
١٢٠٨ - قَالَ: ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: ثنا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: ثنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، وَأَبُو حَيَّانَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، وَمُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يَقُولُونَ فِيمَنْ قَتَلَ مُؤْمِنًا: «فَعَلَيْهِ عِتْقُ رَقَبَةٍ قَدْ بَلَغَتْ، وَيُجْزِئُ عِتْقُ الصَّغِيرِ فِي كَفَّارَةِ الظِّهَارِ وَالْيَمِينِ»
