1217 - Abu 'Abd Allah narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Idris al-Shafi'i narrated to me, he said: 'Abd al-'Aziz—meaning al-Darawardi—narrated to us, from Yazid—meaning Ibn al-Had—from Muhammad ibn Ibrahim, from 'Amir ibn Sa'd, from 'Abbas ibn 'Abd al-Muttalib, that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) say: "He has tasted the flavor of faith who is content with Allah as Lord, with Islam as religion, and with Muhammad as a Messenger."
