1236 - He said: Abu 'Abd Allah narrated to us, he said: 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from al-Mughirah ibn al-Nu'man, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn 'Abbas, who said regarding the verse: "And whoever kills a believer intentionally" [An-Nisa': 93]: "Nothing has abrogated it."

١٢٣٦ - قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، قَالَ: ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ:: {وَمَنْ يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا} [النساء: ٩٣] : مَا نَسَخَهَا شَيْءٌ "
