1666 - Abu 'Abd Allah narrated to us, saying: Abu Dawud narrated to us, [and] Shu'bah said: from Abu Balj, who said: I heard 'Amr ibn Maymun narrating from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Whoever finds joy in tasting the sweetness of faith, let him love a servant [of Allah] solely for the sake of Allah."
١٦٦٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: عَنْ أَبِي بَلْجٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَمْرَو بْنَ مَيْمُونٍ يُحَدِّثُ , عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ⦗٧٩⦘ قَالَ: «مَنْ سُرَّةَ أَنْ يَجِدَ طَعْمَ الْإِيمَانِ، فَلْيُحِبَّ الْعَبْدَ لَا يُحِبُّهُ إِلَّا لِلَّهِ»
