1716 - Abu Dawud informed us, saying: 'Ali ibn al-Hasan ibn Shaqiq narrated to us, from Ibn al-Mubarak: "We can relate the speech of the Jews and the Christians, but we cannot relate the speech of the Jahmiyyah."
١٧١٦ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ: «إِنَّا لَنَحْكِي كَلَامَ الْيَهُودِ وَالنَّصَارَى، مَا نَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ نَحْكِيَ كَلَامَ الْجَهْمِيَّةِ»
