1723 - Yahya ibn Abi Talib informed me, saying: Umar ibn Uthman al-Wasiti, the nephew of Ali ibn Asim, informed me, saying: Yazid ibn Harun passed by me while I was in the shop, and he came up to me. I said, "O Abu Khalid, it has reached me that there is a man in Baghdad who says that al-Mirrisi says: The Quran is created." He replied, "Whoever says 'The Quran is created' is an unbeliever (kafir)."
