1739 - Abu Bakr al-Marwudhi informed us, saying: Isma'il ibn 'Ubayd ibn 'Umar ibn Abi Karima narrated to us, saying: I heard Shababa ibn Sawwar saying: My opinion and the opinion of Abu al-Nadr Hashim ibn al-Qasim and a group of the jurists agreed that al-Mirrisi is a disbeliever and a denier; he should be asked to repent, and if he does not repent, I would strike his neck.
