1787 - Abdullah informed us, saying: I heard my father another time being asked about the Waqifah, and he said: "Whoever among them excels in speculative theology (kalam), he is a Jahmi." And he said another time: "He is worse than the Jahmiyyah."
١٧٨٧ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِي مَرَّةً أُخْرَى يُسْأَلُ عَنِ الْوَاقِفَةِ، فَقَالَ: «مَنْ كَانَ مِنْهُمْ يُحْسِنُ الْكَلَامَ، فَهُوَ جَهْمِيٌّ» ، وَقَالَ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى: «هُوَ شَرٌّ مِنَ الْجَهْمِيَّةِ»
