1791 - Muhammad ibn Ali Abu Bakr informed us that Ya'qub ibn Bukhtan narrated to them, saying: I asked Abu Abd Allah about a man who withholds judgment (waqif). He replied: 'In my view, this person is a doubter who is in suspicion.'
