1802 - Al-Hasan ibn Hubab al-Muqri' informed us, saying: Muhammad ibn al-Kahramani al-Wasiti narrated to me, saying: I heard Dawud ibn Rushayd say: "Whoever claims that the Qur'an is the Speech of Allah, without saying 'it is created' nor 'it is not created,' is essentially claiming that Allah has not spoken and does not speak."
