1805 - Muhammad ibn Sulayman informed me, saying: I asked Abu Abd Allah about the Qur'an. He said: "And beware of anyone who innovates regarding it. For he says: 'I say [it is] the speech of Allah, and I do not say [it is] created or not created.' If he says 'created,' then he is more eloquent with his argument than this [previous one], even though they have no argument, and praise be to Allah."
