1807 - And I heard Uthman ibn Abi Shaybah say: "Those who say 'It is the Speech of Allah' and then remain silent are worse than these," meaning: than those who said: "The Quran is created."
١٨٠٧ - وَسَمِعْتُ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ: «هَؤُلَاءِ الَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ كَلَامُ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ يَسْكُتُونَ شَرٌّ مِنْ هَؤُلَاءِ» يَعْنِي: مِمَّنْ قَالَ: الْقُرْآنُ مَخْلُوقٌ
