1821 - Muhammad ibn Abi Harun informed me that Ishaq narrated to them, saying: I witnessed Abu 'Abd Allah, when a man from the shakkah (the armed ones/sectarians) greeted him, and he did not return the greeting to him. He repeated it to him, so Abu 'Abd Allah pushed him away and did not return the greeting to him.
١٨٢١ - وَأَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي هَارُونَ، أَنَّ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَهُمْ، قَالَ: شَهِدْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ سَلَّمَ عَلَيْهِ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الشَّاكَّةِ، فَلَمْ يَرُدَّ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامَ، فَأَعَادَ عَلَيْهِ. فَدَفَعَهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَلَمْ يُسَلِّمْ عَلَيْهِ
