Narration of: the Sheikh Abū al-Ḥasan ibn Abī ʿUbayd Allāh ibn Abī al-Ḥasan ibn al-Muqayyar al-Baghdādī, in writing, from him.

Through audition from him by his scribe: Aḥmad ibn ʿAbd Allāh ibn Abī al-Ghanāʾim al-Muslim ibn Ḥammād ibn Maysara al-Azdī — may Allah forgive him, his parents, and all who seek forgiveness for them.
