al-ʿĀliya* / 3315 and Al-Itḥāf 6683 and 6684).
Ibn Ḥajar said: Its Chain of transmission is Hasan (Good).
And al-Būṣīrī said (Al-Mujarrada / 7/128): Its narrators are trustworthy.
And al-Bazzār [Mukhtaṣar al-Zawāʾid (1249)], and said: (We do not know of any route for it other than this, and as for Manṣūr, I do not know whether he heard from ʿAṭāʾ after his memory deteriorated or before).
And al-Ṭabarānī narrated it in Al-Awsaṭ (5234), and said: No one narrated this hadith from ʿAṭāʾ b. al-Sāʾib except Manṣūr b. Abī al-Aswad and ʿAmr b. Abī Qays.
Al-Haythamī said in Al-Majmaʿ (5/208): It contains ʿAṭāʾ b. al-Sāʾib, and he is trustworthy; however, his memory deteriorated, and the rest of its narrators are trustworthy. End quote.
And al-Bayhaqī narrated it in Al-Asmāʾ wa-al-Ṣifāt (860), and Al-Sunan al-Kabīr (10/94).

Ibn Ḥajar mentioned in Al-Maṭālib al-ʿĀliya (3/416): That ʿAmr b. Abī Qays corroborated ʿAṭāʾ b. al-Sāʾib according to al-Ḥākim.
I say: This narration is not in Al-Mustadrak as the unrestricted attribution to al-Ḥākim might suggest, and al-Bayhaqī narrated it from al-Ḥākim correctly, and al-Būṣīrī also mentioned that.
And this narration is an error, for ʿAmr b. Abī Qays is the narrator from ʿAṭāʾ as in the narration of Ibn Abī ʿĀṣim and al-Bayhaqī as previously mentioned, and the previous allusion by al-Ṭabarānī indicates that
