50- Al-Khallāl said: Abū Bakr al-Marrūdhī informed us, he said: I heard ʿAbd al-Wahhāb say:
{The Most Merciful rose over the Throne} [Ṭā-Hā: 5], he said: He sat (1).
as well. This is further indicated by the fact that al-Bayhaqī in al-Sunan (6/95) cited it from al-Ḥākim correctly: ʿAmr b. Abī Qays, from ʿAṭāʾ b. al-Sāʾib, with it.
3- And for his statement, peace and blessings of God be upon him: "A nation is not sanctified in which the weak does not take his right without being troubled," there are corroborating reports, including:
a- The hadith of Abū Saʿīd al-Khudrī, may God be pleased with him.
Ibn Abī Shayba (6/592), Ibn Mājah (2426), and Abū Yaʿlā in his Musnad (1091) narrated it. Al-Mundhirī said in al-Targhīb (2713): "Its narrators are the narrators of the Ṣaḥīḥ."
Al-Būṣīrī said in Miṣbāḥ al-Zujāja (2/249): "Its chain of transmission is Sahih (Authentic)."
b- The hadith of ʿĀʾisha, may God be pleased with her. Al-Bazzār recorded it in his Musnad (1353/its Zawāʾid).
c- The hadith of Ibn Masʿūd, may God be pleased with him.
Al-Ṭabarānī recorded it in al-Kabīr (no. 10534) and in al-Awsaṭ (5850).
d- The hadith of Mukhāriq, may God be pleased with him: Its wording is similar to the wording of the hadith of Abū Saʿīd, may God be pleased with him.
Al-Ṭabarānī recorded it in al-Kabīr (20/313, hadith 745) and in al-Awsaṭ (5847).
e- The hadith of ʿAbd Allāh b. Abī Sufyān, may God be pleased with him. Its wording is similar to the wording of the hadith of Abū Saʿīd, may God be pleased with him.
Al-Ḥākim (3/287), al-Ḍiyāʾ in al-Mukhtāra (9/421), and many others narrated it.
(See: al-Āḥād wa-al-Mathānī (6/64), and al-Ṭabarānī in al-Muʿjam al-Kabīr (24/248), the hadith of Khawla; and for the story likewise from the hadith of ʿAbd Allāh b. ʿAbbās, may God be pleased with them both (al-Sharīʿa/1782), and the Mursal of Muḥammad b. ʿAlī (Tārīkh Dimashq/Jaʿfar).)
Thus, the hadith with these corroborating reports is Sahih (Authentic), God willing, and God knows best.
