316 - Abu Hafs 'Amr ibn 'Ali narrated to us, he said: Yazid ibn Zuray' narrated to us, he said: Sa'id narrated to us, from Qatadah, from 'Uzrah, from Sa'id ibn 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Abza, from his father, from 'Ammar ibn Yasir, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered Tayammum for the face and palms once.

317 - Al-Rabi' ibn Yahya narrated to us, he said: Za'idah narrated to us, Husayn narrated to us from 'Abd al-Rahman, from Abu Malik, from 'Ammar, that he dipped the palms of his hands into the dust, then blew into his hand, then wiped his face and his hands up to the joint (wrist), and 'Ammar said: "This is Tayammum."

318 - Muhammad ibn Isma'il narrated to us, he said: Al-Harith ibn 'Atiyyah narrated to us, from 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn Abi Rawwad, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, who said: "Tayammum is two strikes; one strike for the face, and one strike for the palms."

319 - Ahmad ibn Nasr narrated to us, he said: Hibban ibn Musa narrated to us, from 'Abd Allah, who said: 'Abd al-'Aziz said: From Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, that he described Tayammum, so he wiped his face and the backs of his hands, and his forearms from his fingers to his elbows, then from the inner parts of the palms from his elbow to his fingers; in two strikes, shaking them (off).
