350 - Abu Hisham narrated to us, he said: Hassan narrated to us, he said: Sufyan said—regarding a man who performs tayammum, enters the prayer, then turns and sees water—: "He should desist, perform wudu, and restart the prayer. If he sees it after he has performed the taslim, he does not repeat it."
351 - Mahmud narrated to us, he said: Al-Walid narrated to us, he said: It was said to Abu 'Amr: So, a man performs tayammum and prays one rak'ah, then finds water? He said: "He should desist, perform wudu, then add another rak'ah to the one he prayed so that they count for him as a voluntary prayer (tatawwu'), then he should restart the obligatory prayer."
Chapter: The ritually impure person (junub) who performs tayammum, then finds water.
• I heard Ahmad say—regarding the ritually impure person who performs tayammum, then finds water—: He said: "He should perform ghusl."
• I asked Ishaq, I said: A man is on a journey and becomes ritually impure (janabah), so he performs tayammum. He arrives at water after a day or two, but he does not perform ghusl when he arrives at the water and proceeds to pray, and then he arrives at water after that by three days? He said: "He should repeat what he prayed after he reached the water."
352 - Al-Rabi' ibn Yahya narrated to us, he said: Za'ida narrated to us, from Hisham, he said: Mujahid claimed that Abu Dharr was with some of his sheep and came to Medina. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to him: "O Abu Dharr, the earth is sufficient for you, even if you do not find water for ten years. Then, if you find water, let it touch your skin."
٣٥٠ - حدثنا أبو هِشام، قال: ثنا حَسَّان، قال: قال سُفيان -في رَجلٍ تَيمَّم، فَدَخَلَ في الصَّلاة، فَالتَفَت فَرَأَى الماء-؛ قال: «يَنصَرِف فَيتوضَّأ، ويَستَقبِل الصَّلاة، وإن رَآه بَعدَما سَلَّم؛ فَلا يُعيد».
٣٥١ - حدثنا مَحمود، قال: ثنا الوَليد، قال: قيل لأبي عَمرو: فَرَجلٌ تَيمَّم وصَلَّى رَكعَة، ثم وَجَدَ الماء؟ قال: «يَنصَرِف، فَيتوضَّأ ثم يُضيف إلى رَكعَته التي صَلَّى ركعةً أُخرَى، فتَكونان لَه تَطَوُّعًا، ثم يَستَأنِف المكتوبَة».
باب: الجُنُب يَتَيَمَّم، ثم يَجِدُ الماء
• وسمعت أحمَد يقول -في الجُنُب يَتيَمَّم، ثم يَجِد الماء-؛ قال: «يَغتَسِل».
• وسألت إسحاق، قلت: رَجلٌ في سَفَر، أَصابَته جَنابة، فَتيَمَّم، فَوَصَلَ إلى الماء بَعد يَومٍ أو يَومَين، فلم يَغتَسِل حين وَصَلَ إلى الماء، وَصَلَّى، فَوَصَلَ إلى الماء بَعد ذلك بِثَلاثة أيام؟ قال: «يُعيد ما صَلَّى بَعدما وَصَلَ إلى الماء».
٣٥٢ - حدثنا الربيع بن يَحيى، قال: ثنا زائدَة، عن هِشام، قال: زعم مُجاهد أن أبا ذَرّ كان في غَنَمٍ له، فَقَدِمَ المدينة، فقال له رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «يا أبا ذَرّ، الصَّعيد يَكفيك وإن ⦗٢٠٠⦘ لم تَجِد الماء عَشرَ سِنين، فإذا وَجدت الماء؛ فَأَمِسَّه جِلدَك».
