• And I asked Ishaq, and I said: 'A man is praying and there is donkey dung on his leather sock (khuff)?' He said: 'If he has rubbed the leather sock against the ground and its trace has vanished, then there is no harm.'
37 - 'Amr ibn 'Ali narrated to us, saying: Yazid ibn Zuray' narrated to us, saying: Sa'id narrated to us, from Qatadah, from 'Ikrimah, who said: 'Regarding that whose meat is eaten, there is no harm in its urine, nor in its leftover water (su'r) if one performs ablution with it.'
Chapter: Urine of that whose meat is eaten, and that which is not eaten
• And I heard Ahmad ibn Hanbal say—regarding the urine of that whose meat is not eaten—: 'It must be washed. And the urine of that whose meat is eaten, I also prefer that he wash it if it is significant (fahishan).'
• And I heard Ishaq say: 'The Sunnah has passed that there is no harm in the urine of that whose meat is eaten, nor is there any harm in its leftover water. The leftover water of a mule and a donkey is disliked (makruh), and there is no harm in the leftover water of a camel, a cow, or a sheep.'
38 - 'Amr ibn 'Uthman narrated to us, saying: Al-Walid ibn Muslim narrated to us, from Abu 'Amr al-Awza'i, from 'Ata' ibn Abi Rabah—regarding the urine of beasts—: 'Whatever you eat the meat of, it does not harm you if you do not wash it, and if you wish, you may sprinkle water upon it.'
39 - I said to Abu 'Amr: 'What about the urine of beasts whose meat is not eaten, such as the horse, the mule, and the donkey?' He said: 'They used to be afflicted by that during their military expeditions, and they would not wash it from their body [72] nor their garment.'
• وسألت إسحاق، قلت: رَجلٌ يُصَلِّي وفي خُفِّه رَوثُ حِمار؟ قال: «إن كان مَسَحَ الخُفَّ بِالأرض، فذَهَب أَثَرُه؛ فلا بأس».
٣٧ - حدثنا عَمرو بن علي، قال: ثنا يَزيد بن زُرَيع، قال: ثنا سَعيد، عن قَتادَة، عن عِكرِمَة، قال: «ما أُكل لَحمُه؛ فلا بأسَ بِبَوله ولا بِسُؤرِه إن توضَّأ بِه».
باب: بَول ما أُكِلَ لَحمُه، وما لا يُؤكَل
• وسمعت أحمَد بن حَنبل يقول -في بَول ما لا يُؤكَل لَحمُه-: «يُغسَل، وبَول ما يُؤكَل لَحمُه أحبُّ إليَّ أن يَغسِله -أيضًا- إذا كان فاحِشًا».
• وسمعت إسحاق يقول: «قَد مَضَت السُّنَّة أنه لا بأسَ بِبَول ما أُكِل لَحمُه، ولا بأسَ بِسُؤره، ويُكرَه سُؤر البَغل والحِمار، ولا بأسَ بِسُؤر البَعير والبَقَر والشَّاة».
٣٨ - حدثنا عَمرو بن عُثمان، قال: ثنا الوَليد بن مُسلِم، عن أبي عَمرو الأوزاعي، عن عَطاء بن أبي رَبَاح -في أبوال الدَّوَابّ-: «ما أَكَلتَ لَحمَه؛ فلا يَضُرُّك ألَّا تَغسِلَه، وإن شِئت نَضَحتَه».
٣٩ - قلت لأبي عَمرو: فأبوال الدَّوابِّ مِمَّا لا يُؤكَل لَحمُه، مثل: الفَرَس، والبَغل، والحِمار؟ قال: «قَد كانوا يُبتَلَون بِذلك في مَغازيهم، فلا يَغسِلونَه من جَسَدٍ ⦗٧٢⦘
ولا ثَوب».
