549 - Ishaq ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, who said: al-Walid ibn Muslim informed us, from Abu Ghunaym al-Kila'i, from 'Anbasah ibn Sa'id, from Makhul, who said: "The time for the menstruating woman is seven days."
550 - 'Amr ibn 'Uthman and Muhammad ibn al-Wazir narrated to us, saying: al-Walid ibn Muslim narrated to us, who said: Abu Ghunaym informed me, from Nasih al-Shami, that he heard Makhul saying: "The time for the menstruating woman is seven days."
551 - Abu Hafs narrated to us, who said: Muhammad ibn Yusuf narrated to us, who said: Isra'il narrated to us, from Jabir, from Talhah ibn Musarrif, from al-Dahhak ibn Muzahim, who said: "She should sit for seven days, then perform ghusl (ritual bath) and pray."
Chapter: If Her Menses Varies
I said to Ahmad: But she sat for one day, then she menstruated for ten or thereabouts, and then it ceased for her?
