Masa'il Harb al-Kirmani: Book of Purification (Taharah) and Prayer (Salah) - Edited by al-Surayyi'
Volume 1 · Page 336

Translation · EN

If the Imam rushes him in the Subh (Fajr) prayer regarding the opening in all that we have mentioned, he should recite upon the Imam's finishing of the surah, near the bowing (ruku'), and recite quickly, then catch up with the Imam and bow with him.

803 - 'Amr ibn 'Uthman narrated to us, saying: My father narrated to us, saying: Muhammad ibn Muhajir narrated to us, from Thabit ibn 'Ajlan, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, regarding the statement of Allah, the Exalted: {And when the Qur'an is recited, then listen to it and remain silent that you may receive mercy}: 'It is in the day of 'Eid, the day of Jumu'ah, and whatever the Imam recites aloud in the prayer.'
