Translation · EN

205 - Ishaq narrated to us, he said: 'Isa ibn Yunus informed us, from al-A'mash, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Abdullah, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Layla, from al-Bara' ibn 'Azib, he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Pray in sheep folds, do not perform wudu' from their meat, perform wudu' from camel meat, and do not pray in their pens."

206 - Yahya ibn 'Abd al-Hamid narrated to us, he said: 'Abbad ibn 'Awwam narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Abdullah al-Qari, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Layla, from Usayd ibn Hudayr, he said: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Do not pray in camel pens, perform wudu' from their meat, pray in sheep folds, and do not perform wudu' from their meat."

Chapter: Wudu' from what fire has changed

• Ahmad was asked about performing wudu' from what fire has changed? He said: "No."

207 - Yahya al-Himmani narrated to us, he said: 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn Muhammad narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Abi 'Amr, from 'Ubaydullah ibn 'Abdullah ibn 'Utbah, from 'Abdullah, he said: I saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, eating meat, then he stood up for prayer without touching a single drop of water.
