Chapter: Wudu' due to touching the penis
• I heard Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Hanbal say: "He should perform wudu' from touching the penis."
• I asked Ahmad—another time—I said: "If a man is performing wudu' and his hand comes into contact with his private part?" He said: "He should repeat the wudu'." I said: "Are the man and the woman the same in that regard?" He said: "I do not know."
