He said: "If his hand happens to be upon it or upon the shaft while he does not intend to touch it, then wudu' is also not obligatory upon him."

222 - Ishaq narrated to us, he said: 'Abdullah ibn Idris narrated to us, he said: I heard Hisham ibn 'Urwah mentioning, from his father, from Marwan ibn al-Hakam, from Busrah bint Safwan, who said: I heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) saying: "If one of you touches his private part, let him perform wudu'."

223 - Ishaq narrated to us, he said: Baqiyyah ibn al-Walid narrated to us, he said: al-Zubaydi Muhammad ibn al-Walid narrated to me, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, from the Prophet (peace be upon him), who said: "Any man who touches his private part, let him perform wudu', and any woman who touches her private part, let her perform wudu'."

224 - Ishaq narrated to us, he said: Mu'adh ibn Hisham narrated to us, he said: My father narrated to me, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from 'Urwah ibn al-Zubayr, from 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her), from the Prophet (peace be upon him), who said: "Whoever touches his private part, let him perform wudu'."
